The Sage retreat provides a safe space for connection, insight, education, self-awareness, and support as we explore the costs and rewards of being the spouse/partner of a First Responder. Our team will journey with you as you navigate the fear, confusion, pride, frustration, and lack of acknowledgement so often experienced in your role.

Let us be your guide as you step into a new way of living. Enjoy the experience of walking a new path, exploring practices in self-care, compassion and setting goals to improve your life, your relationships, your marriage, and your family. Let us help you share the gifts of healing!
